This place is clean, uses gentle products & the best sanitation protocols, but the spa pedicure was very rushed. The technician barely used the stones & it was included in the package. She cut the big toe nails very low & dug around them to the point where I had lingering pain for days. On one, I found an ingrown toe nail from this. It also smelled like sewage by the basins. This was a disappointing experience.
I’ve been here several times and today must of been an off day , I felt very rushed by the young gentleman that worked on me today , he charged me five dollars more for taking off my gel polish that I explained was not gel polish. It was regular nail polish with a gel clearcoat. ( no light cure ) It just needed a little bit of scratching instead he filed my entire toe nail down and then I asked him three times if my massage chair was broken he got up unplugged it plugged it back in the chair remained on the entire time with the massager by my head, stuck there just making noise and when the price was five dollars more and I asked why he said because I removed your gel polish. I didn’t even argue. I paid and walked out without tipping very dissatisfied. Like I said I’m hoping it was just an off day and hopefully he’s not there to service me next time. !!!!! Not to mention that the massage chair may be fixed. It’s not the first time I’ve been in it, but it’s obviously getting worse maybe put a do not use or out of order sign on it. It’s one of the things I look forward to when getting a pedicure, not to mention, relaxing, massaging, and not feeling rushed.
Got an acrylic fill here and had a great experience. The salon was clean, and they took my appointment right on time. Would go back!
